COUNTY NAMED FOR:  San Patricio de Hibernia, the patron saint of Ireland.

COUNTY SEATS: Two - San Particio and Sinton

COUNTY SEAT NAMED FOR: David Sinton, majority stockholder in Coleman-Fulton Railroad.

COURTHOUSES: Six - 1837, 1853, 1872, 1889 in San Particio; 1894 and 1928 in Sinton.

STANDING: One - 1928 Texas Renaissance brick courthouse with 1996 addition.
